Recently, Frigid Zone Medicine receives funding for 2022 Heilongjiang Provincial Excellence Publishing Project. The funding includes 44 projects, and only 4 projects were English journals.

The Heilongjiang Provincial Fine Publishing Project was organized by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee (Provincial Press and Publication Bureau), with 13 publishing units participating and judged by experts from various fields across the province. It aims to further implement the Heilongjiang Fine Publishing Project, enhance the supply of quality cultural products and continuously promote the high-quality development of the publishing industry in Heilongjiang Province. The project is held once a year, and the selected projects are strictly subject to expert evaluation, quantitative scoring, comprehensive ranking and consideration and approval by the ministry.
